Losing a ton of muscle sucks. Regression of any form is a bummer but at the end of the day there is only one person to blame. Myself. 💪🏼 I have been off and on with the habits that led me to the most success in fitness ever since hockey season started. It has led to me dropping almost 15lbs and overall feeling much weaker. 💪🏼 Due to this, I want to add a bit more pressure to keep myself committed to the process and hopefully help others who have the same issues. 💪🏼 Today is the first day of what I’m calling the #Skinny2Shredded project. In this project I will be holding myself accountable to the things required for building serious muscle mass. 💪🏼 I have been a “hard gainer” every since I can remember. Much of my family shares this trait, and it sounds dumb, but I assure you it is almost as frustrating as weight problems in the opposite direction. 💪🏼 I will make a series of posts on what I am doing to get the best possible results and how others can put on muscle and bulk up. Whether it is for athletic performance or purely for hypertrophy, it is a very difficult process, but it’ll be a fun project nonetheless! 💪🏼 #hardgainer #bulking #nutrition

This year doing things a little different trying to do this mini cut while making PR’s, living life, and intuitively eating instead of tracking by the gram. Let’s get it👊🏼
